In our BRC Certified, HACCP Managed, USDA monitored facility in Southern California we take all kinds of high quality egg from across the United States and process and pack it into long shelf life products for commercial consumption. Our products are consumed by bakers and food manufactures here in California and in other countries such as, Mexico, Canada, Philippines, Korea, China and Japan.

Our fearless leader has worked in the egg industry for over 25 years. After running several egg operations for large companies from the Mid-West, he founded the first California based Egg products company in the United States. It is his drive and vision that leads us forward 24/7.
